Daniels, Jayden
Daniels was feeling soreness in his leg before leaving Sunday's 23-19 win over the Cowboys at halftime, coach Dan Quinn revealed after the game, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports. Daniels' exit was precautionary, and there has been no indication that his availability for the wild-card round against the Buccaneers is in question. Backup Marcus Mariota led the Commanders to their 12th win of the season to secure the No. 6 seed in the NFC.

Love, Jordan
Love (elbow) said he lost feeling in his right throwing hand after falling on it early in the second quarter of Sunday's defeat to the Bears, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Love's comments come mere minutes after coach Matt LaFleur told Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com that the quarterback was held out as a precaution after getting injured. Love also relayed that he isn't 100 percent postgame, but he feels confident about his odds to be available in the wild-card round at Philadelphia next weekend. Malik Willis stepped in for Love in Week 18, completing 10 of 13 passes for 136 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions, notching a three-yard carry and losing his only fumble.

Darnold, Sam
Darnold completed just 18 of 41 pass attempts for 166 yards with no touchdowns or turnovers while rushing for 10 yards on three carries in Sunday's 31-9 loss to Detroit. Darnold picked the worst time to revert to his New York Jets form in Sunday's battle between juggernauts for both the NFC North crown and the No. 1 seed in the conference. His offensive line did him no favors while star wideout Justin Jefferson committed multiple drops, so the quarterback's horrid stat line can't be entirely placed on his shoulders. It is worth noting that Darnold had his ankle rolled up on by a teammate late in the contest, but he did not miss any game action after getting up gingerly. Minnesota's signal-caller will have to rally quickly to get his offense back to previous levels as the No. 5 seed Vikings prepare to visit the Rams in the wild-card round of the playoffs next Monday.

Maye, Drake
Maye (hand) failed to complete his only pass attempt before giving way to Joe Milton in Sunday's 23-16 win over the Bills. The rookie QB was bothered by an issue with his throwing hand during practice this week, and with nothing on the line in Week 18, the Patriots pulled Maye after one series rather than risk further injury. The third overall pick in the 2024 Draft finishes his first NFL campaign with a 66.6 percent completion rate, 2,276 passing yards and a 15:10 TD:INT in 13 appearances, and improving his ball security as well as his production will be the focus for 2025. Maye will also be learning a new offense, as head coach Jerod Mayo and offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt were let go immediately after Sunday's game.

GOFF, JARED
Goff completed 27 of 33 passes for 231 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 31-9 win over the Vikings. Minnesota's buzzing defense made things difficult for Goff, but he maintained a high completion percentage and put Detroit's offense in manageable situations. Running back Jahmyr Gibbs led the way with four total touchdowns, including a 10-yard pass from Goff, and the defense stepped up to secure the top seed in the NFC for the Lions. Detroit will have a home game in the NFC divisional round following a bye. Goff finishes the regular season with 4,629 passing yards and a 37:12 TD:INT.

Burrow, Joe
Burrow completed 37 of 46 passes for 277 yards with one touchdown and one interception and rushed once for minus-1 yard in the Bengals' 19-17 win over the Steelers on Saturday night. He also fumbled once, but possession remained with Cincinnati. Burrow fought through a typical AFC North slugfest against the aggressive Steelers defense, which sacked him four times. One of those takedowns in the third quarter caused Burrow's helmet to be driven into the ground and led to a concussion check, but the star signal-caller did not miss any time. Burrow connected with eight different pass catchers overall on the night, and although he saw an eight-game streak of multiple touchdown passes snapped, he kept the Bengals' slim playoff hopes, which now hinge on a loss by the Broncos and a loss or tie by the Dolphins on Sunday, alive. Burrow finishes the 2024 regular season with a career-high 4,918 passing yards and 43 passing touchdowns across 17 regular-season games.

Thompson-Robinson, Dorian
Thompson-Robinson (calf) was listed as a limited participant in Tuesday's walk-through practice, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Thompson-Robinson suffered the calf injury in the Browns' Week 16 loss to the Bengals, but after opening Week 17 prep with a pair of limited practices, he upgraded to full participation Friday before heading into last Sunday's game against the Dolphins without a designation. While making a second straight start in Cleveland's 20-3 loss to Miami, Thompson-Robinson struggled to move the offense, completing just 24 of 47 passes for 170 yards, no touchdowns and one interception to go with 10 yards and a lost fumble on four carries. The calf issue shouldn't prevent Thompson-Robinson from being available Saturday in Baltimore, though head coach Kevin Stefanski said earlier Tuesday that he's still deciding on a Week 18 starter and could end up using both Thompson-Robinson and Bailey Zappe in the season finale, per Cabot.

Williams completed 21 of 29 passes for 148 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions and rushed three times for 10 yards in the Bears' 24-22 win over the Packers on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered. Williams' numbers were underwhelming in a vacuum, but the embattled No. 1 overall pick was still able to do just enough to put the Bears in position for a game-winning field goal by Cairo Santos. The rookie signal-caller had a narrow target pool that consisted of just five players, and he hit DJ Moore for a 32-yard touchdown reception on which the veteran wideout did the majority of the work with yards after the catch. Williams finished his first season by throwing for under 200 yards in four of his last five games, but he also tossed just one interception over the last 11 contests of the campaign.

The Texans entered Week 18 locked into the fourth seed in the AFC, so Stroud played for only one drive. He ended a disappointing season in strong fashion, completing four of his passes to Nico Collins -- including a two-yard touchdown. Wilson completed 17 of 31 passes for 148 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Saturday's 19-17 loss to the Bengals. He added four rushes for 16 yards. Wilson and the Steelers failed to get anything going in the first half, as he completed just four of eight passes for 45 yards. A desperate comeback in the final 10 minutes of game time led to a slightly improved line, highlighted by several long completions to Pat Freiermuth -- including a 19-yard touchdown. While Wilson managed to salvage his stat line to some degree, he's failed to reach 220 passing yards in each of his last five games while throwing for just six total touchdowns in that span. He and the Steelers enter the postseason on a four-game skid and will square off against either the Texans or Ravens.

Guerendo managed limited practices Thursday and Friday due to foot and hamstring injuries that sidelined him last Sunday in Miami. Adam Schefter of ESPN then reported Saturday afternoon that Guerendo was expected to play Week 17, which now is a formality following comments from coach Kyle Shanahan. Guerendo thus will pace the 49ers backfield Monday after doing so Weeks 14 and 15, when he combined for 37 touches for 203 total yards and two rushing TDs.

Robinson took 13 carries for 60 yards while catching both of his targets for nine yards in Sunday's 30-24 overtime win over the Falcons. Robinson turned in a middling performance as rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels carried the team to victory Sunday. The 25-year-old Robinson did set a new career high in rushing yards (849) with Sunday's modest showing. Robinson may see less opportunities in next Sunday's season finale against the Cowboys if the Commanders, who have clinched a playoff spot but can rise no higher than the No. 6 seed in the NFC, elect to rest or reduce the workload of their starters.

Mixon took nine carries for 26 yards and brought in two of three targets for 13 yards in Wednesday's 31-2 loss to Baltimore. Mixon's late-season struggles continued with another mediocre rushing line that featured no trips to the end zone. The first-year Texan is averaging a meager 35.3 rushing yards in three games since Houston's Week 14 bye. The 27-year-old currently sits just seven yards shy of recording the fifth 1,000-yard rushing season of his career, and Mixon should easily accomplish that feat in a favorable matchup against Tennessee in Week 18.

Warren had been chipping into the role of Najee Harris in recent weeks, though he was out-touched 15-6 by Harris in Saturday's loss. Warren's lack of volume was also the result of game script, as the Steelers' running backs accounted for only four total carries in the final two quarters of the contest as they played from behind. Warren will likely serve as the change-of-pace back in Pittsburgh's opening-round playoff matchup against the Ravens or Texans.

The Rams secured the No. 4 seed in the NFC at 10-7, but Corum's rookie season comes to a close at the end of the regular season due to an injury that will keep him out at least through the playoffs. A more concrete recovery timeline will likely be established in the coming days. The 2024 third-round draft pick rushed 58 times for 207 yards and tacked on seven catches for 58 yards (on eight targets) as the backup to Kyren Williams. Ronnie Rivers is the top candidate to step into the second spot on the depth chart.

The third-year back split the backfield workload nearly equally with Tank Bigsby, who turned 15 touches into 42 yards, but the latter also added a one-yard TD plunge to his ledger. Etienne saw a steep drop in his production in 2024 -- after topping 1,000 rushing yards in each of his first two NFL seasons, he managed only 558 yards on 150 totes for a 3.7 YPC while scoring a career-low two touchdowns. Etienne offers more than Bigsby as a receiver, catching 39 of 52 targets for 254 yards this season, and the duo will likely remain in a timeshare to begin 2025.

Singletary was mostly bottled up on his five carries, with the exception being a 13-yard rush in the second quarter. The Vikings pulled the running back from a Week 17 win out of caution after going up 27-10 near the end of the third quarter, although the decision nearly backfired when the Packers scored the next 15 points. It would stand to reason that Jones will suit up in Week 18 if he's at all able to, as the Vikings have a lot to play for -- if they beat the Lions in the season finale, they'll secure the No. 1 playoff seed in the NFC and get a first-round bye, while a loss would push them all the day down to the No. 5 seed.

Addison's horrid showing stands out after he failed to gain any yards while bringing in just 16 percent of his targets. It was an otherwise solid season from the budding sophomore, who provided fantasy managers with 63 receptions for 875 yards and 10 total touchdowns across 15 games. However, even with more extensive looks in the final two quarters, Pickens failed to deliver. He had three drops and was also not on the same page with Wilson late in the fourth quarter when he was streaking down the right sideline after beating his defender to set up a potential game-winning field goal or touchdown. The superstar still finished with a stellar 103-1,533-10 stat line this regular season as Sam Darnold's emergence in 2024 helped lift his No. 1 wideout back to numbers fantasy managers were accustomed to during the Kirk Cousins era in Minnesota. The Ohio State product's 100-1,130-6 receiving line led all Seattle receivers, and he could be in store for even more in 2025 if impending UDFA DK Metcalf decides to part ways with his longtime club after falling into JSN's shadow. The 30-year-old was truly questionable heading into this game after nursing both an elbow injury and an illness while missing all of the team's practices leading up to Sunday's defeat. After the game, Hill was noncommittal regarding his future in Miami, stating "I'm out, bruh. It was great playing here but at the end of the day, I have to do what's best for my career." according to ESPN's Marcel Louis-Jacques. It's an interesting statement from the perennial All-Pro considering that his current contract runs through the 2026 season. That being said, the Dolphins could use the talented Hill as a big trade piece this offseason if the front office decides to move the receiver, if that is indeed what he wishes.

In terms of yardage, this was easily the worst season since Kmet's rookie campaign in 2020. The former Notre Dame player will need the Chicago passing attack to take a major step forward if he is going to return to being a solid fantasy option. Kmet is under contract with the Bears through 2027.

LaPorta caught all seven of his targets for 63 yards in Sunday's 31-9 win over the Vikings. LaPorta tied his season high in catches, though he failed to score after producing four touchdowns in the previous five games. The second-year tight end rebounded from a slow start to finish the regular season with 60 catches for 726 yards and seven touchdowns on 83 targets. Those numbers are all down significantly from LaPorta's 86-catch, 10-touchdown rookie regular season, but all will be forgiven if LaPorta steps up in the postseason. Bellinger caught one of two targets for five yards in Sunday's 34-7 defeat against Atlanta. Giants quarterback Drew Lock took to the air 39 times in the loss, but 26 of those targets went to either Malik Nabers (14) or Wan'Dale Robinson (12). That left little opportunity for the rest of New York's pass catchers, and Bellinger finished with his fewest receptions, targets and receiving yards since taking over as the team's starter in place of the injured Theo Johnson (foot) in Week 14. The Giants have been playing from behind most games throughout the season, which often leads to pass-happy game scripts, but that doesn't guarantee substantial targets for Bellinger given the team's determination to get its wideouts -- especially Nabers -- the ball.

His longest catch went for 13 yards on Houston's first possession, and he concludes the season with 532 yards -- his lowest yardage total since 2019. However, Schultz has remained a consistent target earner, as he's topped 50 receptions in six straight campaigns, and he should retain a peripheral role in the Houston offense in a likely matchup with the Chargers in the first round of the playoffs.

Fairbairn converted his lone field-goal attempt and two of three extra-point kicks in Sunday's 23-14 win over the Titans in Week 18. What had been a strong season for Fairbairn took a turn over the final stretch, partly due to Houston's sputtering offense. Week 18 marked the fourth consecutive game that Fairbairn finished with single-digit scoring. Through the first 13 games, he averaged 9.4 points per game but dropped to 5.0 per game over the final four contests. Tucker finished the season going 22-for-30 on field goals and 60-for-62 on extra points. 2024 was Tucker's toughest season to date by a wide margin. In 12 previous seasons, Tucker had never converted less than 82 percent of his field goal tries. This season, Tucker notched a 73.3 percent conversion rate, the second-worst figure among kickers with at least 30 attempts. He endured a particularly tough stretch in November when he went 4-for-8 on field goals and also missed two extra points. He turned things around down the stretch, making all three FGA (including two from 50+) and all 18 extra points in the final four games. The four points scored were the most for a Cleveland kicker since Week 12. After a very successful 2023 -- one that resulted in a three-year contract in the offseason -- Hopkins went the other way in 2024. Part of that is attributable to an offense that fell apart, but Hopkins made just 18 of 27 (67 percent) of his field-goal tries. That prompted the Browns to bring in kickers to challenge him, and head coach Kevin Stefanski made him inactive for Week 15.
